I began doing Pilates on March 17th, 2004, combined with a healthy diet and some cardio. In only 6 months I
went from a size 14 to a size 2. In 7 months I had officially lost over 57 pounds! I just wish I had taken my measurements
when I began Pilates, because I'd love to know the actual inches lost.
In the second picture below, these are the size 14 jeans I wore to my son's 3rd birthday on March 10, 2004.
The top ties in the back, so I can actually still wear it, but what a difference in the pants! You can really see the difference
in my legs, arms & face in these pictures below.
UPDATE: On November 23, 2004, I had to go to the doctor's for a sinus infection and as he was going through my records
he brought something to my attention: at an appointment in November 2003 I weighed 179 pounds! WOW!
I didn't realize I ever weighed that much. I truly thought my heighest weight was around 167. I guess I had gotten to
that point where you don't even want to look at the numbers when the doctor weighs you!! This means I actually lost over 70
pounds! My lowest recent weight was 107 pounds but I seem to hover around 110 these days.
